Lead Produce Team in merchandising produce items for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays
Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
Schedule Produce Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met
Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
Resolve customer and Produce Department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience

Providing an exceptional customer experience
Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
