Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator for a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the seamless movement of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain. It’s an ideal prospect for someone with strong coordination skills and a background in logistics or distribution.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure logistics efficiency
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records in logistics systems and databases
Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and related paperwork
Support production and warehouse teams by aligning logistics with operational needs
Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
