We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of Lattice Engagement and help define what great employee listening looks like in the years ahead.
You’ll create the long-term strategy for Lattice Engagement and lead the first major iteration of that strategy from discovery through launch. If you enjoy solving meaningful customer problems, developing a strong point of view, and turning strategy into high-impact products, you’ll love the impact you can have here. Define not only what we build next, but what the future of employee listening should mean for Lattice and the HR leaders we serve.
Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather meaningful feedback, understand what it reveals, and take action that improves the employee experience.
Build a deep understanding of customers. Translate customer problems and product strategy into clear, high-quality experiences that customers will want to use.
Use data to sharpen decisions. Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continually improve the product.
Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and customer communication.
Set and influence the key results that show Engagement is creating value for customers and for Lattice.
We’re looking for a product manager with the strategic instincts, customer empathy, and employee-listening expertise to shape the next generation of Lattice Engagement. 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products.
- A clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening,
including how product innovation can help organizations better understand and respond to their people.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes.
- Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand the priorities and challenges of HR leaders.
- Strong product judgment: you can balance a compelling long-term vision with the practical decisions required to ship meaningful work now.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing.
~ Bonus:
Experience building products for HR, people teams, or other complex organizational workflows.
If you have strong experience in employee listening, survey products, or adjacent customer-insight domains—even if you do not meet every preferred qualification—we encourage you to apply. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces.
