Our team solves critical network challenges for some of the world's largest organizations. In easy terms, we manage the systems that keep networks running smoothly, securely, and reliably—the backbone infrastructure that powers digital transformation for enterprises globally. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.
But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you're trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we're building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. The Fulfillment Specialist supports day-to-day post-order fulfillment, helping ensure hardware shipments and software license deliveries are scheduled, tracked, and confirmed accurately and on time. This role works closely with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to keep orders moving and records accurate.

Support post-order fulfillment of hardware and software, including shipment scheduling, carrier coordination, tracking, and delivery confirmation for physical orders

Process and deliver software license orders, including generating and sending license keys or entitlements and confirming customer receipt
Execute hardware shipments and license deliveries accurately and on time in line with service level expectations
Identify and troubleshoot routine fulfillment issues such as shipment discrepancies, delays, inventory holds, and license delivery or entitlement errors, and escalate complex issues to senior team members
Coordinate with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to keep shipment activity aligned with billing, inventory records, and customer commitments
Enter and maintain accurate shipment, license, and fulfillment data in company systems
Assist with audit and compliance requests by gathering inventory movement, shipping, and license delivery documentation
Participate in training and learn from senior team members to build fulfillment and systems expertise
0 to 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations (internships and relevant coursework considered)
Exposure to software licensing or entitlement management is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Proficiency with Excel or similar tools preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree required
