The Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) serves as a voluntary qualified body representing physicians across Saskatchewan, with membership comprising over 90 percent of the provinces physicians. The SMA also offers membership for medical students and residents undertaking their training within Saskatchewan.

As the unified voice of the medical profession in the province, the SMA advocates on behalf of its members and engages in negotiations for physicians operating under fee-for-service, salaried, and alternative payment models.

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time, permanent Administrative Assistant, Medical Staff Associations (MSA) to join our growing team!

Working collaboratively with the MSA president and other physician leaders,



the Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative, meeting coordination, and member support services while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational excellence in support of the Saskatchewan Medical Association's Medical Staff Associations (MSAs). This is a part-time, 12-month term position working 15 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Additional hours may be available from time to time based on operational needs. Hours of work may vary and may include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
