Grade from: £26,168 to £26,325 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £26,725 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Buildings and Facilities team. Reporting to the Building and Facilities Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services across our halls of residence and off-campus properties.
The team currently consists of 12 members, with additional temporary staff and contractors joining during peak summer periods.
Trade/maintenance knowledge and experience (preferably with recognised qualifications)
A good working knowledge of digital systems
