Allied Universal is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Professional - Banking to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta.
Job Title: Security Professional - Banking
Employment Type: Part -Time
Pay Rate: $16.80 per hour
Schedule: Monday & Saturday
Shift: 9am to 5:30pm & 9am to 4:30pm
# The Security Professional - Banking is responsible for providing professional security, access control, and monitoring services.



The successful candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring site access, verifying authorized personnel and visitors, protecting company assets, and responding appropriately to security and safety concerns.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to remain professional and composed while working independently. Conduct site patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
Monitor CCTV, access control, and other security systems as required.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
Maintain clear communication with security personnel and site management.
Complete accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation.
Identify and report security risks, safety hazards, and unauthorized activity.
Follow all site-specific security, safety, and emergency procedures.
Valid Alberta Security Guard Licence .
Solid computer and typing skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Paid training and professional development programs.
