As a Field Claims Advisor, Property, with Gore Mutual, you will manage assigned claims throughout the North GTA territory. The work includes site inspections, damage scoping, valuations, policy interpretation, and negotiations. You will coordinate vendors, document losses, control costs, and support fair resolutions while working with customers, brokers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property claims from initial attendance through resolution

Inspect sites, capture photos, and document recorded statements

Assess coverage, exposure, exclusions, fraud, and subrogation opportunities

Coordinate vendors,



reserves, payments, and required claim documentation

Maintain accurate files, communications, tracking, and claim controls

Requirements:

Minimum five years of property adjusting experience

Minimum three years of field adjusting experience

In-depth building damage scoping knowledge

Detailed first-party property coverage knowledge

Robust communication, de-escalation, and customer service skills

Apply property adjusting, coverage interpretation, and field investigation expertise while serving Gore Mutual customers across the North GTA.
