Key Responsibilities We’re seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands.



You’ll lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets. Optimize the entire funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value and profitability. Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency. Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‑weekly using a 20/80 framework. Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software. Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‑you page.

+5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies—particularly in e‑commerce or consumer products. Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions. Strong collaboration and communication with creative, engineering, and marketing teams.
