Sales Manager - Drive Nation Prince Albert Permanent- Fulltime

You know the car business — the pace, the people, the deals, and the energy of a solid sales floor. At Drive Nation Prince Albert, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to turn that energy into results.

You’ll be on the floor coaching the team, working deals, building momentum, and making sure every customer gets a great experience from the moment they walk through the door. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop people, drive performance, and create a team culture people want to be part of.

Drive the daily rhythm of the sales floor — appointments, deals, follow-ups, and energy.

Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and a consistent Hyundai experience.

Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality.

Help develop sales staff through daily interaction, feedback, and encouragement.

Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to execute store initiatives and hit targets.

Authentic: You genuinely care about your team and customers — people trust you.

Automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).





Proven understanding of new and pre-owned deal structure and CRM systems.

A record of consistent sales success and customer satisfaction.
