Manage client programs and implementations at Foundever®, using relationship building and service-level monitoring to support accurate, timely account delivery. This client-focused position supports existing business operations. As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will maintain current and existing account implementations while supporting client satisfaction targets. You will communicate program documentation, coordinate resources and schedules, monitor contractual service levels, and process reimbursement requests. The work also includes database maintenance, invoicing assistance, and case monitoring. Foundever® supports customer experiences for leading brands across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build client relationships and understand requirements and expectations

Manage account and program implementations through completion





Monitor adherence to contracted service-level agreements

Analyze data and recommend process or protocol improvements

Communicate client program changes to internal departments

Requirements:

One to three years of client service experience

Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Studies

Ability to determine project resources, schedules, objectives, and measures

Experience coordinating contractual commitments and service targets

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Support Foundever® clients through implementation coordination, service-level monitoring, documentation, and accurate program administration.
