Reporting to the VP Operations and Supply Chain, this director oversees Product Management, Pricing, Margin Management, and Master Data. You will align assortments, supplier economics, commercial data, and governance with customer demand, market conditions, growth, and profitability. The role partners across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, branches, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead national product and category strategy

Own assortment, brands, introductions, and rationalization

Set pricing governance across list, matrix, and contract pricing

Lead margin improvement and supplier programs





Deliver commercial reporting and actionable insights

Requirements:

10+ years in product, category, pricing, purchasing, or commercial strategy

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required

Experience leading teams through other leaders

Strong pricing, margin, supplier, and analytical expertise

Advanced Excel skills and approximately 25% Canadian travel

Shape product portfolio, pricing governance, supplier economics, and margin performance through data-driven national commercial leadership.
