We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Sprobuj, a Toronto-based, full-service marketing and advertising agency working with clients across different industries.
You'll create a variety of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, paid advertising creatives, event promotions, email visuals, banners, and more.
We work in a fast-paced agency environment, where projects often require quick turnarounds, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Design high-quality digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, paid advertising creatives, banners, and email visuals.
Create print-ready materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, roll-ups, and event promotional graphics.
Develop creative concepts based on project briefs, campaign goals, and brand guidelines.
Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, sizes, and languages.
Support occasional website graphics, presentations, and other creative marketing projects.
Prepare organized,



editable Adobe Creative Cloud source files and production-ready deliverables.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistent design quality.
Strong graphic design skills demonstrated through a high-quality portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to create professional marketing and advertising materials for both digital and print.
Ability to work with different visual styles, brands, and creative briefs.
Good communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
Experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment is an advantage, but not required.
Knowledge of Figma, motion graphics, or basic video editing is a plus.
