Diverse and Interesting Projects:

Work on a variety of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential developments.

Long-Term Career Growth:

Leading structural engineering projects from preliminary design through construction.

Designing and reviewing structural systems involving steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.

Managing project deliverables, timelines, and technical coordination.





Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafting staff.

Working directly with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants.

Reviewing and taking skilled responsibility for structural engineering deliverables within your areas of competence and licensure.

Contributing to the continued growth of our engineering practice in Manitoba.

with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM), or eligible for immediate registration.

Strong experience in structural engineering design for buildings.

Proficiency with applicable Canadian building codes and structural design standards.

Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.

A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and an interest in helping grow a successful engineering practice.
