Your Mission As the Operations, Events, and Member Experience Manager, you will be at the heart of the action.
As a true ambassador of the MVP Executive Lounge, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the club, the quality of the experience offered to our members, and the coordination of our events.
You will ensure that every member and guest enjoys an exceptional experience while effectively managing operations and teams.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesMember Experience and High-End Hospitality
Warmly welcome members and their guests in an exclusive environment.
Provide personalized, attentive, discreet, and professional service.
Anticipate members' needs and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Develop privileged relationships with our clientele.
Ensure compliance with service standards inspired by five-star hospitality.
Actively participate in serving and preparing spaces as needed.
Management of Daily Operations
Supervise the opening, preparation, and daily operation of the Lounge.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and impeccable presentation of all facilities.
Coordinate maintenance teams and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Check the overall ambiance: lighting, music, temperature, fireplace, and equipment.
Manage inventory, supplies, purchases, and orders.
Ensure a welcoming, organized,



and impeccable environment at all times.
Coordination of Exclusive Events
Plan and coordinate corporate, private, and member events.
Collaborate with clients, caterers, sommeliers, artists, speakers, DJs, and partners.
Supervise teams, schedules, and event proceedings.
Ensure effective communication with suppliers and organizers.
Ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after.
Manage unforeseen situations with professionalism, efficiency, and creativity.
Management of Members, Visits, and Reservations
Conduct Lounge visits for prospective members and clients.
Present spaces, services, memberships, and rental possibilities.
Ensure the integration of new members and manage their access.
Respond to reservation requests and prepare proposals.
Follow up with members, clients, and partners.
Contribute to the development of memberships and event rentals.
Leadership, Administration, and Development
Participate in the planning, training, and supervision of staff.
Ensure communications and administrative follow-ups.
Maintain a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
Participate in business development and the Lounge's outreach.
Propose new ideas to improve member experience, operations, and events.

Desired Profile — Our Rare Gem! We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, human relations, and service excellence who wishes to thrive in a prestigious, dynamic, and stimulating environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant experience in hospitality, event management, operations management, or high-end customer service (3 years preferred).
Experience in team coordination or supervision is an asset.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Training in hotel management, administration, or event planning is an asset.
Experience in a five-star hotel, private club, or prestigious establishment is an asset.
Good command of administrative and computer tools.
Fluency in French and English as required for the position.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
