We are a high volume, fast paced, and inclusive kitchen. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable writing prep lists, reading and executing recipes, multi-tasking, following directions, and coordinating with chefs. Writing and managing prep lists, both daily and weekly
- Directing and training prep helpers, and managing assigned tasks
- Following recipes, managing time, and coordinating tasks
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of prep stations and food storage areas, and delegating tasks where necessary
We are looking for someone with flexible, full time availability who is able to work weekends and holidays.
