6 months direct work experience with the Developmental Services Sector;Candidates who have a completed Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university in an unrelated field must have 2 years full-time work experience directly supporting people;Ability to work weekends and holidays;Ability to attend team meetings and training as required during daytime hours;Role/Duties:Our Support Workers provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities with all aspects of daily living within a group home setting. Responsibilities include providing support for personal care, household duties, meal preparation and finances.
