Support Hazelview Properties communities in Toronto East through apartment maintenance, emergency response, and skilled repairs across buildings, units, and grounds.

As a Maintenance Associate, you will report to the Senior Regional Manager and support successful apartment complex operations. Your work covers preventative maintenance, service requests, turnovers, and resident support. Apply plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and tool-use skills across interior, exterior, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general, preventative, and specialized property maintenance

Complete resident service requests and in-suite turnovers

Repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting issues

Inspect grounds, facilities,



and equipment for deficiencies

Respond to after-hours emergencies and document maintenance activities

Requirements:

High school completion or general education degree

Two or more years of maintenance or related experience

Proficiency using basic handheld and electrical tools

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting

Availability for rotating evening and weekend on-call schedules
