As a Recruiter at Turnkey, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and outreach through to offer and close - across technical and business roles. You’ll also be a builder: refining our systems, strengthening our employer brand, and creating the recruiting foundation that will scale with the company as we continue our rapid growth.

Maintain organized, high-quality data and reporting within our ATS

- Continuously refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hire
- help Turnkey develop a recruiting engine built to scale

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company

- Proven track record of successfully closing candidates across technical and business functions
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Deep interest in startups, technology,



and helping great people find meaningful work

Existing network within fintech, crypto, or developer-focused companies

- Experience implementing or improving ATS workflows, specifically with Ashby
