Implements system changes ensuring General Accepted Accounting Principles are met including analyzing alternatives, evaluating designs, testing, documentation, training, implementation and on-going support.
Performs business/system analysis to meet client requirements. Assists clients in system use by formal/informal training, advisory and consulting service and support.
Interacts with partner member companies and government/private organizations as required. Represents Finance on projects initiated by other departments.
Participates in development of long term and annual system plans.
Develops computer based applications and is responsible for developing and conducting studies.
Keeps abreast of competitive products, services, industry initiatives and external factors impacting Finance Systems.
