Borderland Co-op is hiring a Food Store Manager on a permanent basis at our Food Store in Moosomin, SK. As the leader of Borderland Co-op's 30,000 square foot food store, you'll be at the center of an operation designed to do more than serve a single community. • Lead the day-to-day operations of our flagship Moosomin Food Store, ensuring excellence in financial performance, customer service, safety, and inventory management.
• Develop and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty initiatives.

• You have 6 – 9 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading leaders in a retail environment.
• Previous management within the Co-op Retailing System will be considered an asset.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

• Salary Band
- $90,265 to $135,400 annually (The successful candidate will be placed within this band based on experience, technical knowledge, and leadership ability).
