The work includes evaluating talent, managing pipelines, and interfacing directly with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles
• Manage inbound applicants and identify passive job seekers
• Use sourcing and attraction tactics to build pipelines

Requirements:

• Three-plus years of agency accounting recruiting experience
