Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for its 0.60 FTE Clinical Support position. You will assist with personal needs and activities of daily living while following established policies and procedures. The work requires safe patient handling, dementia care knowledge, and effective communication with residents and the health care team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal needs and daily living activities
- Work under Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse direction
- Apply assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes




- Follow established policies and procedures for resident care

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
- Knowledge of patient and resident care techniques
- Knowledge of protected patient handling techniques
- Understanding of dementia care and Resident Bill of Rights
- Ability to organize tasks and work with minimal supervision
