Stockroom organization and merchandise updates define this full-time Operations Consultant role at SEPHORA AB-Market Mall in Calgary. POS knowledge supports client service.
Partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain organized stockroom operations and merchandise standards. This regular position includes shipment processing, inventory control, POS and MPOS training, and visual-element coordination. Client service remains part of daily store responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shipments promptly and organize stockroom areas
- Process transfers, damages, testers, and inventory activities
- Check visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces
- Maintain cashier-zone cleanliness, organization, and merchandising concepts
- Communicate inventory concerns and support shortage-reduction programs
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or client service experience
- Stockroom experience preferred
- Positive computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
