Position OverviewWe are seeking a Time & Attendance Functional Lead to serve as the country-level subject matter expert for Time & Attendance processes. This role will ensure that global design, configuration, and deployment align with local business requirements, labor regulations, and operational practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional expert for Time & Attendance processes and workforce management.Support the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Time & Attendance solutions.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and workforce regulations, particularly within Quebec (QC).Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to support business requirements and process improvements.Manage and support time tracking, attendance, scheduling, and workforce-related processes.Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, efficiency, and compliance.Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Time & Attendance solutions.Required QualificationsStrong experience in Time & Attendance (T&A;)
