As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.Additional duties will include:Phase 1 -Warehouse and Customer ServiceA focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.Phase 2 - Customer Relationships and ProcurementA focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world class service.Phase 3 - Account Management and Proactive SalesA focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer partnerships.Phase 4 - Leadership and OperationsA focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring,
