Support hotel group sales and event delivery at InnVest through contract coordination, guest service, and organized account follow-up. Travel is required.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales and Events Coordinator manages processes supporting group business and contracted services. You will coordinate with hotel departments, maintain booking records, quote within parameters, and support yield management. The position also includes site inspections, trade functions, training,



and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate group bookings and promised hotel services
• Maintain booking guidelines and approval processes
• Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters
• Manage site inspections and industry trade functions
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Requirements:

• One to two years of qualified hotel experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven experience achieving goals
• Knowledge of computer programs
• French and English bilingual ability is an asset
