This Stockperson and Cartpusher position supports store operations through cart collection, customer assistance, facility upkeep, and safety procedures. You will complete logs, inspect equipment, verify receipts when required, and follow Walmart-approved procedures. The role includes supporting carry outs and carry ins while maintaining a clean, hazard-free setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely to designated storage locations
- Respond to register and Customer Service requests
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Complete logs, inspections, cleaning, and safety sweeps
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Follow safety, emergency, and company procedures
- Use required steel toe footwear and reflective vest
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
