Drive snow removal services for Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Elders in Dawson, Yukon, using Class 5 licensing and heavy equipment experience. This auxiliary on-call position serves assigned locations.

Reporting to the Assets & Camps Supervisor, the Snow Removal Driver clears driveways within Dawson City and other assigned locations. The work requires driving in all weather, maintaining records, and completing safety-related duties. Applicants need practical equipment experience, basic mechanical skills,



and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide snow removal services from TH Elders’ driveways
• Operate assigned vehicles and equipment in diverse conditions
• Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and safety records
• Track statistics and complete reports for senior management
• Perform pre-trip inspections and prioritize work orders

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clear Driver’s Abstract
• Three years recent or five years practical equipment experience
• Experience driving in all weather conditions
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Defensive driving training and cultural awareness training
