As Hospital Manager, you will partner with the Managing DVM to guide daily operations and strengthen clinic performance. Your work will include coaching, mentorship, financial accountability, staffing support, and client experience leadership. You will help maintain a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop teams through coaching, mentorship, and supportive feedback
- Manage payroll, inventory, compliance, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Analyze income statements, forecast, and plan hospital budgets
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team building
