Paradise Lodge & Bungalowsis looking for an experienced Lodge Manager to lead operations through the upcoming winter season. This maternity leave position offers the opportunity to step into a well‐established, fully staffed 46‐unit property in Lake Louise and lead a solid team through a busy and rewarding season.The team is experienced, collaborative, and takes pride in the guest experience. This is not a rebuild role—the focus is on providing steady leadership, supporting the team, and maintaining consistency across the operation.Reporting to the VP Operations, the Lodge Manager is accountable for the day‐to‐day performance of the property, including team leadership, guest experience, and overall operational consistency.What the Work InvolvesLeading daily operations across guest services, housekeeping, and property upkeepCoordinating across departments to ensure smooth and consistent operationsSupporting and coaching an established team,
