As a Home Support Worker, you will help patients with daily tasks and self-care activities in their residences. ParaMed provides free and paid training through a three-week in-class program. After graduation, you may be eligible for full-time hours and benefits while supporting independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between patient residences for several home visits daily
- Prepare meals and assist patients during mealtimes
- Complete basic housekeeping duties in patients' homes
- Provide companionship and support patient well-being
- Assist with showering, bathing, and personal hygiene care

Requirements:

- Compassionate approach with robust listening skills
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to visit residences within a designated area
- Ability to work every other weekend
- High school diploma or equivalent; background screening required
