Support pharmacy supply operations as a Warehouse Associate in Calgary, handling inventory, receiving, and shipping with accuracy and organization. This is a full-time, fixed-term role with advantages.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain, you will support Central Pharmacy Services through daily warehouse activities. The work includes receiving, material handling, inventory control, shipping, documentation, and quality assurance. You will handle drugs, medical supplies, and patient materials under SOP and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive products and verify packing slips against purchase orders
- Sort, count, label, inspect, and store pharmacy inventory
- Replenish warehouse, production floor, and medication wall supplies
- Prepare, package, label,



and ship orders
- Maintain clean workstations and perform cycle counts

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education and one to two years’ warehouse experience
- Inventory or pharmacy experience
- Strong organization, planning, reporting, and documentation skills
- Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Availability for various shifts and occasional statutory holidays
