Cogir Senior Living is hiring two Part-Time Day Housekeepers. The Housekeeping Aide supports resident comfort by cleaning assigned areas according to schedules and established sanitation procedures. Duties include apartment and common-area cleaning, floor care, garbage transport, documentation, and training participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean assigned areas using approved sanitation methods
- Clean apartments, fixtures, walls, ceilings, vents, and windows
- Operate floor-care machines and steam-cleaning equipment
- Strip, scrub, spray,



and buff floor surfaces
- Transport garbage to designated areas

Requirements:

- Positive oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Commercial, residential, healthcare, or laundry experience desirable
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
