Beginning this Fall, Rivercity Inclusion will assume responsibility for delivering nursing and care services at Ironwood Place. This is a significant milestone for our organization and reflects Rivercity Inclusion’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality services to the people we support.Working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practice Nurse provides personal care, performs nursing procedures, conducts resident visits, and completes assessments to ensure quality client care. The role assesses, plans,
