TTI seeks a Service Technician for its Factory Service Center in Edmonton, Alberta. You will diagnose tool failures, identify solutions, and repair products within a team environment. The position requires time management, computer skills, product knowledge, and efficient task completion while meeting productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log in, assess, troubleshoot, and repair portable power tools
- Follow the standardized repair process for each product
- Prioritize in-branch repairs and conduct warranty assessments
- Complete instant tool replacements and meet productivity targets
- Support departments while maintaining strong product knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Mechanical aptitude with demonstrated repair experience
- Robust computer and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Availability for overtime during busy periods
