As an individual contributor on the Principal track, you serve as Questrade’s enterprise visual steward and functional design authority. You guide employer brand expression across People & Culture, Creative Shop, and Brand Creative. Your work spans design systems, art direction, motion, and candidate-facing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Govern Questrade’s employer brand visual expression and sub-brand guidelines
- Architect Figma libraries, design tokens, typography, motion, and asset suites
- Lead brand reviews, accessibility compliance, and final design quality assurance
- Direct digital, physical, experiential, and motion creative execution




- Advise stakeholders and external partners on unified brand standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical discipline
- Five-plus years in visual design, brand identity, or digital creative
- Experience governing scalable design systems across decentralized teams
- Advanced Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping platform proficiency
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA, AODA, HTML/CSS, and print production
