Lead environmental health and safety processes through OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance expertise in a hands-on operational role. Train, coach, and guide employees toward safer working practices.

The EHS Leader integrates programs, procedures, and training across operations. This position supports management, supervisors, employees, and Safety Teams while advancing emergency preparedness, risk assessment, waste management, ergonomics, and contractor safety. The role also uses Gensuite to track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement CHG EHS programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze EHS and KPI data in Gensuite
- Lead permitting and regulatory authority relationships
- Conduct training, audits, investigations, and risk assessments




- Drive corrective-action closure and EHS metrics completion

Requirements:

- Five-plus years EHS experience with bachelor’s degree preferred
- Associate’s degree with seven-plus years EHS experience
- Ten-plus years EHS experience without a degree
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulations
- Manufacturing experience preferred
