As an Assistant Insurance Service Advisor, you provide in-force policy support to licensed advisors, Branch Managers, and Insurance Consultants. Your work includes policy analysis, advisor training, statements, notices, illustrations, and paperwork. You also help identify potential policy issues and recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer advisor questions about in-force policy management activities
- Train advisors on Centralize access and servicing practices
- Review statements, notices, policies, and in-force illustrations




- Identify policy issues and coordinate risk mitigation approaches
- Provide paperwork and support for advisor servicing needs

Requirements:

- Three to five years of life insurance industry experience
- University degree or equivalent education
- Life Licence Qualification Program certification required
