We are currently seekingexperienced Process Operatorswith a strong background in mineral processing operations within the mining industry.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands‑on operational experience in:

Grinding & Milling

SAG and ball mill operations

Grinding circuits and classification systems

Cyclones, pumps, and associated equipment

Monitoring mill performance and troubleshooting

Flotation

Flotation circuit operations

Reagent preparation and dosing

Monitoring recovery rates and process optimization

Troubleshooting flotation equipment

Paste Plant Operations

Paste backfill plant operations

Tailings preparation and paste mixing

Monitoring paste density, consistency, and flow

Operation and troubleshooting of associated equipment

Dewatering

Thickener and filtration operations

Filter presses and associated equipment

Slurry handling and pumping systems

Monitoring and optimizing dewatering performance

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Process Operator in a mining or mineral processing environment.





Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Experience operating, monitoring, and maintaining processing equipment.

Knowledge of plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and operational best practices.

Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000; commensurate with experience
