As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead complex procurement initiatives from intake through award and contract execution. Your work will span commercial models, rate cards, contract analysis, and third-party risk. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders while supporting AI-enabled procurement improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex sourcing and contracting projects across Consulting and Corporate Services Develop PxQ baselines, strategies, scopes, and supplier recommendations Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, rate cards,



and change orders Manage Ivalua workflows and maintain Sirion documentation Build dashboards covering pipeline, cycle time, savings, and cost avoidance Requirements:
