Lead industrial coating crews for Advanced Lining, supervising surface preparation, infiltration stopping, and coating application while traveling 90% locally and out of state.

As Crew Lead, you will coordinate daily field activities for manhole lining, manhole coating, and water rehabilitation projects. You will support coating applicators, oversee equipment and materials, and maintain safe, productive job-site operations. The work requires quality control and hands-on crew guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise surface preparation, coating application, and infiltration stopping activities
- Coordinate assignments, equipment setup, materials, and job-site cleanup
- Monitor coating mixtures, applications, and environmental conditions
- Enforce PPE, safety procedures,



meetings, and training
- Complete reports and communicate project progress to management

Requirements:

- Two or more years of relevant industrial coatings experience
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Ability to travel 90% or more required
