As an Intern, Intellectual Property and Contract Compliance, you will support Seaspan’s IP tracking tools and broader compliance efforts. This internship suits third- or fourth-year students in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Pre-Law. Your work will connect software development, records management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, compliance, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support IP App development and enhancement initiatives
- Review and update intellectual property status
- Track files and maintain accurate compliance records




- Troubleshoot tool issues and support users
- Document workflows, changes, and system enhancements

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a relevant third- or fourth-year program
- Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate
- Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint digital literacy
- Ability to obtain Canadian Government Personal Security Clearance
- Robust communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
