This GM Lead Department Manager assists the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager with department processes. You coordinate communicated priorities, assign associates to coverage tasks, and support scheduling as needed. The position also includes training participation, feedback, safety sweeps, and secure displays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review department presentation and identify deficiencies
- Execute required General Merchandise and Fashion display changes
- Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks




- Assist with scheduling and daily department coordination
- Contribute to clean, protected, hazard-free work areas

Requirements:

- Be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to promote products and locate merchandise
- Ability to resolve customer issues or refer concerns
- Ability to complete safety sweep logs
- Ability to ensure displays and fixtures remain secure
