Lead outdoor living skills programming at YMCA Camp Pine Crest in Torrance, Ontario, using camping expertise and safety leadership. This seasonal position is part time.

As Outdoor Living Skills Program Head, you will coordinate daily program operations and guide staff and counsellors. You will plan shelter building, fire building, Leave No Trace camping, and other camping skills. The position supports participant safety, environmental stewardship, camp activities, special events, and resource team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead outdoor living skills programs
- Coordinate daily operations for the program area
- Direct staff and counsellors during programming
- Monitor safety, equipment, campsites, and program spaces




- Complete program paperwork and administrative duties

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of camp experience
- First Aid and CPR certification meeting WSIB requirements
- Leave No Trace certification considered an asset
- Comfort with public speaking and constructive feedback
- Availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
