Deliver compliance training and safety awareness while monitoring facility controls and supporting corrective actions at Walmart in Montreal, Quebec.

As Compliance Lead, you will educate associates and managers across compliance programs and collaborate with facility partners. You will assess Health and Safety, Environmental, Consumer Protection, Food Safety, Privacy, and other designated areas. The work includes analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and supporting action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage Ethics and Compliance resources for awareness delivery
- Provide on-the-spot training at all facility levels
- Conduct safety walks and inspections with the safety team
- Follow up on safety meeting and inspection action items

Requirements:
