Control gaming-floor access and support secure guest experiences as a Security Officer at Niagara Casinos, working primarily midnight shifts within a 24/7 operation.

This contract role protects company assets while enforcing structured security and safety procedures. Responsibilities include checking identification, preventing prohibited entry, screening bags, and assisting with alcohol refusals.



You will also communicate with outside agencies during emergencies and provide witness statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent entry by prohibited or intoxicated persons
• Inspect identification before gaming-floor access
• Screen bags for prohibited items
• Attend alcohol refusals and remove intoxicated guests
• Provide witness statements following investigated incidents

Requirements:

• Private Security and Investigative Services Act license
• Standard First Aid and CPR level C certificate
• Smart Serve Certificate and Ontario G license
• Excellent communication and tactful de-escalation ability
• Flexibility for midnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
