Lead daily retail department operations at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s through team supervision, customer service, and product recommendations. Store opening, closing, and weekend availability are required.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead oversees successful department operations. You will delegate assignments, train team members, reinforce standard operating procedures, and resolve customer issues. The work also includes administrative tasks, visual merchandising, restocking, and promoting company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise department team members with the manager
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Train team members on procedures and processes
- Maintain signage, merchandise presentation,



and sales floor standards
- Resolve customer issues using judgment and logic

Requirements:

- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Sales or service setting experience preferred
- Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to evaluate needs and recommend products
