Serve prospective patients at Rahal Hair Transplant as an in-clinic Patient Services Representative using strong communication and organizational skills. Work full time Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
This administrative position supports patient qualification and consultation booking through phone calls and emails. You will answer inquiries, fulfill requests, maintain patient databases, and coordinate communications. The position also includes scanning, printing, and filing documents for clinic administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine requirements and qualify prospective patients for consultations
- Answer inquiries by researching and providing requested information
- Book consultations for qualified patients and fulfill requests
- Maintain databases through accurate new-patient data entry
- Coordinate patient documents, reminders, calls, and emails
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Understanding of medical, hair loss, or hair transplant terminology
- Solid organization and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain patient information confidentiality
- Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web proficiency
