or academic STEM writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content aligned with evaluation criteria and rubrics
• Extract information through stakeholder and expert interviews
• Identify gaps before drafting proposal content
• Translate technical information for evaluators
• Research, organize, and draft with appropriate AI support

Requirements:

• Proven proposal or related writing experience
• Strong listening and follow-up questioning skills
• Comfort discussing technology without providing technical architecture
• Ability to deliver quality work under deadline pressure
• Understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and data protection
